Garrun Assist application is a simple tool to utilise in event of an accident.
Garrun Assist guides you through the process to help you gather all the information you need to get your claim started at the scene of the accident.
Garrun Assist will help you:
• Find and record the exact location of the accident via GPS using Apple Maps
• Collect and record relevant information about the other driver
• Call Garrun or the emergency services
• Take photos of the accident as evidence
• Record audio statements from any witnesses
• Send all of the information to us via email, so we can start processing your claim straight away.
You can also use Garrun Assist to make a claim if you’ve had your car stolen, or if it’s been damaged as a result of a fire, flood or vandalism. Simply enter as many details as you can at the time of the incident, submit it to us, and an Garrun claims rep will call you back to get your claim underway.
The app is based on current South African law and regulations and should only be used by SA residents.
